Regarding returns and exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges for defective products.
Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival.
We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after 3 days from arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for products returned without prior notification.
In such cases, the product may be returned to you collect on delivery, so please be aware of this in advance.

※Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are our days off.
Orders and inquiries received on holidays will be handled on the next business day or later.

※※Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases※※
・If the tag (swing tag) has been detached from the product
・If there is any sign of use
・If the product has odors such as perfume or tobacco
・In cases due to customer's convenience (e.g., wrong size, different from image)
・Products that have been washed or dry-cleaned
・Products that have been altered or processed by the customer
