We only accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect products.
Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival.
We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after 3 days from the date of arrival.
Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

Please note that if you return a product without prior notice, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
In such cases, the product may be returned to you freight collect, so please be aware of this in advance.

※Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are our休業日.
Orders and inquiries received on休業日 will be processed on the next business day.

・When the tag has been detached from the product
・When there is evidence of use
・When there are odors such as perfume or tobacco attached
・When it is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong size, different from image)
・Products that have been washed or dry-cleaned
・Products that have been altered or processed by the customer

※If a product is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, the order will be automatically canceled.
Please ensure that your shipping address information is correct before placing an order, and please receive your product as soon as possible after it arrives.
