For pre-order items, an estimated delivery time is listed in the product description for each item.

Orders and inquiries received on closed days will be handled on the next business day or later.
*For pre-order items, delivery times vary depending on the item.
*It is possible to purchase regular items and pre-order items simultaneously, but all items purchased in the same cart will be shipped together once they are all available. Please note that individual shipments of items purchased simultaneously are not possible.
*Due to a high volume of orders after new product release dates and during sale periods,
delivery may take longer than usual.
*We only deliver within Japan.
